FAQ

Yes. Every single gauge from Mihe undergoes 100% full inspection in our $20 \pm 0.5^\circ C$ constant temperature laboratory. We provide a factory inspection report for each product, ensuring traceability. Third-party certification (e.g., from authorized metrology institutes) is also available upon request.

Absolutely. We specialize in bespoke solutions for complex geometries, including non-standard Hex, 6-Lobe (Torx), Spline, and other special-shaped gauges. Simply send your drawings (PDF, STEP, or DXF) to our engineering team for a technical evaluation and quote within 24 hours.

It is a matter of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). While the initial cost is higher, our Zirconia Ceramic and Carbide gauges offer 5-10 times the lifespan of steel. They are highly wear-resistant, corrosion-proof (no need for rust-prevention oil), and thermally stable, which significantly reduces the frequency of re-calibration and replacement.

Our production and inspection processes strictly follow global standards such as ISO, DIN, ANSI/ASME, and JIS. For example, our gauge blocks comply with ISO 3650, and our Torx gauges are 100% compatible with ISO 10664.

For standard items in stock (like common size Pin Gauges or Block Gauges), we can ship within 3-5 business days. For custom-engineered gauges or non-standard sizes, the lead time typically ranges from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity and material requirements.

We use export-grade professional packaging. Each gauge is secured in a dedicated protective case (wooden or high-density plastic) with shock-absorbing foam. For steel items, we apply high-grade anti-rust coating and vacuum sealing to ensure they arrive in perfect condition despite long-distance sea or air freight.

We stand behind our quality with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a product is found to be out of tolerance upon arrival (based on standard environmental conditions), we offer a direct replacement or full refund.

Yes. We are a National High-Tech Enterprise and an OEM supplier for several top-tier global gauging brands. Our non-magnetic and non-conductive ceramic gauges are widely used by major semiconductor plants and aerospace fastener manufacturers in Europe and North America.
