High-Precision Plain Ring Gauges & Master Setting Rings
Precision is the cornerstone of trust. MISHUTE’s plain ring gauges are engineered to provide reliable power for every measurement. Designed for checking the outside diameter of parts (Go/No-Go) or calibrating internal bore gauges (Master Setting Rings), our gauges ensure strict adherence to your manufacturing boundaries.
- Available Materials: Tungsten Carbide, Zirconia Ceramic, Hardened Steel
- Tolerance Classes: XX, X, Y, Z, ZZ (Customizable to your specs)
- 100% Inspected before dispatch with calibration reports
- 1-Year Warranty on all measuring tools
What is a Ceramic Ring Gauges?
MISHUTE’s Manufacturing produces high-precision flat ring gauges. These are essential reference tools in machining, used to verify whether the dimensions of holes and shafts comply with “go” and “no-go” tolerances.
We employ an ultra-low-temperature treatment process to ensure dimensional stability of the material and prevent micron-level deformation during long-term use. Whether used for rapid inspection in mass production or as a reference for laboratory calibration, MISHUTE’sgauges deliver sub-micron repeatability, ensuring that every finished product meets strict industry tolerance standards.
Characteristics of ceramic ring gauges:
Roundness as low as 0.005, surface roughness Ra 0.025a; ring gauge accuracy up to 0.05, with national metrology certificates available. TaoYou ring gauges are non-conductive, non-magnetic, heat-resistant and anti-static.
Precision ring gauges are available with a fast turnaround of 5–7 working days, with a minimum order of one piece. We also custom-manufacture non-standard keyway ring gauges, gear ring gauges and special-shaped (D-shaped) ring gauges.

Material:
Ceramic hardness: H1200
Properties:
Exceptional corrosion resistance, high hardness; 35–50 times more wear-resistant than standard steel.
Ring gauge diameter (tolerance):
Standard tolerance: ±0.001 mm
Maximum achievable accuracy: ±0.005 mm
Ring gauge roundness:
Roundness achievable: 0.0005
Surface finish: Ra 0.025 μm
